Delivery Policy
As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment, via NACEX only for Spain, with tracking number and delivery without signature. If you prefer registered delivery, an additional charge will be applied.
Return Policy
Regarding returns, from receipt of the order, fifteen days for the return, as long as the order is in the same condition as it arrived.

The medal has minor wear to the enamel on the reverse.
Enclosed is the concession with folder, manual with the different categories and document from the German embassy in Madrid and its envelope of delivery from the German embassy.
